Welcoming Colleen to Our Charlotte County Grief Cafés

We are so excited to welcome Colleen to the Compassionate Grief Centre team as our newest Grief Café Hostess for Charlotte County.

Colleen will be helping us create welcoming, supportive spaces at our Grief Cafés in St. George, St. Andrews, and St. Stephen. We are grateful to have her joining us as we continue to expand opportunities for people to connect with others who understand the many different ways grief and loss can impact our lives.

At Compassionate Grief Centre, we believe that no one should have to navigate grief alone. Sometimes, having a place to sit, share a cup of coffee, listen to someone else's story, or simply be around people who understand can make a meaningful difference.

Our Grief Cafés are built around connection. There is no expectation that you have to talk about your grief, and there is no right or wrong way to participate. You can share, listen, ask questions, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee and the company of others. Our goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

We are looking forward to seeing Colleen bring her own warmth, compassion, and personality to our Charlotte County cafés. We know she will help make these gatherings a welcoming place for anyone experiencing grief or loss.
